It applies to all organizations and individuals who register or use an account and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the associated SPDI Rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide when registering an account or placing an order. For Business Accounts, this includes organization details, representative contact information, tax identifiers, and delivery addresses. For individual accounts, this includes your own name and contact details. We also collect information generated through your use of the Platform, such as order history and communications with our support team. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store complete card or bank account numbers.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to operate your account, process and fulfil orders, issue invoices, provide customer support, assess credit and manage risk, improve the Platform, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and — where you have not opted out — send relevant product or service updates.

We do not sell or rent your organization’s or your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

 

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may share information with:

• delivery and logistics partners, to fulfil your orders;
• payment processors, to complete transactions;
• professional advisors, such as auditors or legal counsel, under confidentiality obligations; and

Any third party that processes data on our behalf is required to handle it only under our instructions and to maintain reasonable security safeguards.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal and account data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted, anonymized, or de-identified.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may raise concerns about our data practices with our Grievance Officer. We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
